St. Patrick's Day 2010

Happy Late St. Patty's Day! This year I decided to start a new tradition! We've never really celebrated St. Patrick's Day before, so I thought...why not?! Lot's of people celebrate it, and let's face it! It's a fun, happy holiday! So I decided to throw a little dinner party...complete with all things green! We had green pesto pasta, green salad w/green dressing, green bread, and green punch! To top it off, we even had a green mud pie for dessert! It was lot's of fun, and I look forward to refining this tradition in the years to come! May the Luck 'o the Irish be with you all year 'round!

24?!?!

March 8th marked my 24th birthday! Yikes! I've gotta say...this one wasn't easy for me! I think it's the first time adulthood has hit me or something.  "24" just starts to not sound young and spunky anymore.  I think it might be the age where the young years start to fade, and you really start looking forward to your future as an adult.  Or maybe it's just me.  However, despite my tentative feelings about this birthday, it was still a pretty great day!  My fam took me out for Birthday Lunch and my sweet husband took me to dinner & then threw a little party for me that night with our fams.  He even ordered me a birthday cake with pink writing! I've gotta say...I was pretty impressed! My favorite part was his wrapping job! He gathered any random wrapping paper and bows we had and combined them all!  Unfortunately there wasn't quite enough, so some of the packages were only half wrapped.  But not to worry!  To compensate, he added extra bows & red boingy things to the misfit gifts.  I received lot's of lovely gifts...$, summer clothes, brightly colored flats & wedges, and fun accessories that will hopefully make me feel young again! :0) My mom also got me a gift card to Pier1, with which I finally bought some throw pillows for our bed!  All in all, it was a fabulous birthday!  Thanks everyone! I heart you all!!!

About Us

My photo
Hi everyone! Welcome to our blog! Brady and I were married on November 3, 2009. We live in a house in The Cove in Herriman. Brady is in commercial insurance and bonding for the Buckner Company and I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. We have a baby boy named Korvin who is our pride and joy! We also have a yellow lab named Daisy and an Imperial Shih Tzu named Axel. Brady and I are pretty chill. Besides snuggling our new baby, we love doing things like watching movies, taking walks, going on weekend trips to St. George, shopping for house stuff (I'll be punished for sharing that!),hanging out at the cabin, taking drives, and spending time with all our family & friends who we love dearly! Thanks for visiting & letting us share our life with you!
