This is the craziest story ever! I've wanted to get a puppy forever, but the answer has always been "No". I went to the women’s expo last weekend, and this lady came with the cutest, tiniest imperial shih tzu I’ve ever seen! He was seriously like ½ lb. Right then Brady called to tell me about the Harley he wanted to buy that day (a post yet to come!), and I told him about this cute dog, thinking nothing of it. He says “You should buy it!” What the?! Not at all the response I would’ve thought! I was freaking out! I think I caught him at a weak moment! So I talked to the lady about it, told her I’d think about it & call her later. My only concern was taking care of him while working full time. I called a couple of friends who’d raised puppies and worked full time, and they told me I could do it. So I called the lady and told her I’d pick him up the next day!

Craft Time!
I've been wanting a spring wreath for my front door, but I haven't been able to find one I like. Even when I do find one that looks even semi-decent, it's always between $70-100! For a wreath?! And they're not even that cute! It blows my mind! There is no way I'm paying that much. So...I decided to muster up some courage and make one. I've never made a wreath before, so it was definitely a new experience. I went to Hobby Lobby and found a stick wreath for $2.50! Then, I found flowers, greenery, ribbon, and wire all for around $22. So for $25.00 I made this...

Homecomings and Happenings!
We have had a busy couple of weeks! It has been one big whirlwind of fun! Here are some things we've been up to:
Elder Hendrickson returned from the Jacksonville, Florida Mission on March 31! We've had a great time welcoming him home! Although...I think we've all been a little more excited than him! He's still adjusting! :0)
We had our first Easter as a married couple! It was so fun to have Easter and Conference in the same weekend! We went to the Saturday morning session at the Conference center, then spent the rest of the weekend hanging out with family! I wish I'd gotten more pics of our Conference breakfast, Easter egg hunts, etc. but I just got burnt out! :0) So this is all you get! Sorry! But...Happy Easter Everyone! Now let's hope it starts getting warmer so it can officially feel like spring!!!

About Us
- Brady & Ashley
- Hi everyone! Welcome to our blog! Brady and I were married on November 3, 2009. We live in a house in The Cove in Herriman. Brady is in commercial insurance and bonding for the Buckner Company and I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. We have a baby boy named Korvin who is our pride and joy! We also have a yellow lab named Daisy and an Imperial Shih Tzu named Axel. Brady and I are pretty chill. Besides snuggling our new baby, we love doing things like watching movies, taking walks, going on weekend trips to St. George, shopping for house stuff (I'll be punished for sharing that!),hanging out at the cabin, taking drives, and spending time with all our family & friends who we love dearly! Thanks for visiting & letting us share our life with you!
